Mahavatar Shiv Goraksha Babaji's Kundalini Kriya Yoga is the crest jewel of Yogiraj Satgurunath Siddhanath's teaching work. Kriyavan Kriyacharya Shivraj, who has taken the mantle of spreading his Guru’s spiritual teachings, will be conducting a daylong retreat in Delhi in the month of July. He would be instructing and initiating new learners into the ancient science of Mahavatar Shiv Goraksha Babaji’s Kriya Yoga. The session will include both Basic and Advanced Levels.
You learn the ancient practice of channeling and preserving your pranic life-energy so as not to be effected by toxic elements within and without. In the practice of Kundalini Kriya Yoga, the will and imagination transmute the oxygen of the breath into life energy and blend it into the spiritual currents of the spine.
