FAQs:
Que: Are the kids allowed at the event?
Ans: Yes, kids are allowed at the event. Participating members will be responsible to take care of the kids. Please check kids membership fee details on pricing page.
Que: Can I bring my laptop or camera or gadgets at the event.
Ans: Members can bring any gadgets except restricted by government but they will be responsible for their own belongings.
Que: If I want to come with my own vehicle, is it possible?
Ans: You can come with your own vehicle with 7 days prior notice.
Terms & Conditions:
All pictures in the post and ads are for illustrative purpose.
Registration can not be cancelled and non-refundable except if the event is cancelled by the organizers.
If participating member found to behave improperly, they will have to immediately leave the place and arrange their transport their own.
The participating members have to take care of their own belongings. The organizers will not be responsible for their belongings.
The membership package includes whatever mentioned in the details. The organizers are not responsible for any additional services or products apart from the details mentioned.
Any damage done by participating members at the place or vehicles will be borne by themselves. The amount of damage recovery will be decided by the owners of that property or objects.
If members have any demands, questions or doubt, they may ask before registering. After that only organizers will be the deciding authority.
*Participating members can travel to the location by their own vehicle. In that case organizers are not responsible for pickup and drop. Participating members have to acquire prior permission for that.
Organizers may use photos or details of the participating members for the promotion or marketing purpose. By registering for the event, they accept this term.
The organizers may change the venue or services provided during the event depending on the availability. All participating members might be informed in that case.
