“खाट से उठ के आठ ” (Khaat Se Uth Ke Aath) is an event aimed to help people who are keen to improve their physical health and need a short term achievable goal, in a supportive, fun and friendly environment.
Trail runs are different from road running with their twists and turns, keep our brain active, sharp and engaged all the time as compared to the monotony of running on the road or a treadmill. Starting at the lush green Q HUB grounds, set amongst the serene fields with a beautiful backdrop of the lovely hills, a venue that inspires athleticism, you will run through the magnificent Aravalis, a mix of rugged roads, dusty paths and full of scenic beauty, away from hustle and bustle of the city. Throughout the route, there are engaging elements for all your senses, fresh air and a feel of being in the true outdoors!
So come and join us in this beautiful adventure this summer, leave the cosy “खाट” and take the first steps to be a fitter, stronger you!

Venue Opening time: 5:30 am
Registration: 5:45 am - 6:15 am
Warm up: 6:15 - 6:25
Flag off: 6:30
Cool down Yoga: Session 1: 7:15am to 7:30am
Session 2: 7:30am to 7:45am
Session 3: 7:45am to 8:00am
Cut off Time: 7:45 am
Baggage Counter Opening time: 5:30 am
Baggage Counter closing time: 9:30 am
Food and festival area closing time: 9:30 am
Event Park closing time: 10:00 am
Parking: Available for 350 Cars close to site.
Note: If someone wants to have breakfast they can purchase it from Salad Days stall available at the event venue itself.
