Kanyathon is a charity fund raiser 5 km Run started in the year 2011, organised by IFIM Business School in association with S.A.F.E (Students Against Female Exploitation), an organisation formed by the students of IFIM. Kanyathon’s main aim is to create awareness against exploitation of girls and to promote women’s empowerment.
This unique initiative, in its initial years, focused only on spreading awareness, but as the years passed and participation increased, we started raising funds for a cause; a cause of saving the Girl Child. The fund raised is donated to an NGO which is working towards saving the girl child and is also working for their development.
