Traditionally various Departments in Manufacturing 7 Trading Companies have been working as “Silos” consequently “Muda & Non Value Adding ” was not identified! Therefore “True Value” to Customer- recipient of Product or Service was neglected!

1} Identify: ”Customer’s Need through: What + Where + When + Why and How to deliver Product or Service”

2} Do it Right the First Time & Every Time

3} Ensure Zero: Waste + Down Time+ Accident & Define what is “Non Value Adding”

4}”Islands of Excellence” do not help, “Work on Continual Delivery of Value” to Customer

5} Work on delivering Response to Customer as expected by Internal Customer from Upstream to Downstream till delivering to User

6} Improve: Services + Information + Processes for benefitting Customer & Company.
