Pink Pedals always love and care about our future generation and keen to work for their betterment. We are back with the 3rd Edition of Jaipur's most successful and funfilled event,

**JUNIORS CYCLOTHON**

More Grand, More Fun, More Motivation for the Kids.

Let them understand the actual meaning of "Hum fit to India Fit".

Pink Pedals, Jaipur presents a Juniors Cyclothon for kids (2 to 14 years age) who gets mesmerised with the name CYCLING.

Mark the date in your calendar,  SUNDAY 21st July'2019 Pink Pedals Jaipur is organizing the 3.0 edition of Juniors Cyclothon for kids in Jaipur. Again it will be a Fun Ride and Not a Race "Where Every Rider is a WINNER".

Activities during Juniors Cyclothon will be as :-

  • Cycling
  • Quiz contest & Discussion on topics like (Pollution, Hygiene, Environment, traffic rules. Social responsibility)
  • Dance party

 

Talking about the Event and Registration Fees, the cyclothon is divided in three age groups:

Group A (Tiny Tots) -  2 to 6 Years (Fees 500 Rs)

Group B (Boomers) -    6 to 10 Years (Fees 500 Rs)

Group C (Teenagers)- 10 to 14 Years (Fees 500 Rs)

 

All participants will receive following:

  5. Healthy Drinks
  6. Finisher's Certificate
  7. Finisher's Medal
  8. And many other Surprise Gifts..

***All type of medical and first aid help will be present at Event Venue including ambulance.

"Pink Pedals, Jaipur started by Pooja Vijay, is a bold initiative towards society in which Pink Pedals provides all age groups a better idea of how to be fit, healthy and happy with minimum efforts. Pink Pedals is for everyone, men, women, and children. Pink Pedals in a unique and new concept to promote cycling, Pink Pedals provide good quality, high end geared and Non-geared cycles on rent." Pink Pedals new venture Heritage on Pedals to Promote Ecotourism and save our rich heritage is also supported by Department of Tourism, Rajasthan Government. Also choosen as first Bicycle Mayor of Jaipur by an Amsterdem based organisation "BYCS" where they are working on a mission of 50by30 mean 50% of city commutation on cycles by 2030.

Terms & Conditions

As it’s a Kids Cyclothon for age of under 14, Applicants/Participants should be accompanied and monitored by the parent/guardian who signed the afore-mentioned consent form during the ride. See them enjoy the euphoric atmosphere as they ride away on their bikes and trikes on a safe dedicated route.

The only condition? Be your kid’s baby sitter.

Please read all rules and Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for Ride.

For the purpose of these all this information:-

  1. Juniors Cyclothon shall be referred to as “the Event”.
  2. Any person entering the event shall be known as “the Participant”.
  3. Pink Pedals shall be referred to as “the Event Organizer”.

Registration Rules:-

  1. Registration can be done online only.
  2. Online registration can be done through link on www.meraevents.com, https://in.bookmyshow.com/
  3. Except Pink Pedals, No individual/group has been authorized to collect/accept registration entries on behalf of the organizer.
  4. On successful registration you will received a confirmation email having all information in it.
  5. Last date for registration is 14-Jul-2019 till 11:59 pm. After that no registrations will be accepted under any circumstances.
  6. Participant, once registered under any category, cannot cancel his/her registration. There will be no refund of registration fees paid by the participant in case of his/her failure to participate in the event.
  7. In case of any errors in the application form, the applicant will need to fill in another form and register again. The fees paid at the time of previous registration shall not be refunded. Therefore, the participant must check and verify the details filled in the form carefully before submitting the form.

Ride Related Rules:-

  1. There is no boundary for cycle type; all types of cycles are allowed.
  2. The participants are required to report 45 Mins before the ride start time. The time for flag off will be 6:30 AM.
  3. Participant must check the cycle and cycle parts (like brakes, pedal, air pressure etc.) before the event.
  4. No cycles will be provided by the organizers to any of the participant under any circumstances.
  5. Participant found riding his/her cycle without the helmet at any time during the race will be disqualified.
  6. SMILE at our photographers who will capture your picture while cycling. Do not risk by posing with your hands off the handle or stunts.
  7. Though the route has been carefully selected to avoid traffic, watch-out for traffic and any obstacles on the route. Slow down or stop if necessary. SAFETY FIRST! Cycling speed later!!
  8. Eat fruits, sleep well & Hydrate well the day before the cycling.
  9. Participants suffering from serious physical and/or health problems may not be permitted to participate.
  10. No medical insurance will be provided by the organizers to the participants.
  11. Any kind of cheating or misbehavior with any of the participants during the ride, if noticed by the event management team, shall lead to immediate disqualification.
  12. All riders will have to bring their own bicycle, support equipment, water bottles and ride essentials.
  13. There shall be no support/service or personal vehicle during the race.
  14. All Participant will received a BIB Kit few days before event day which will contain, T-Shirt, Cycle Number Plate with clips, many surprise gifts.
  15. On ride day, there will be refreshment for all riders which will include, juices, sprouts, fruits, drinks, water etc
  16. After ride, every rider will receive Finisher’s Certificate, Medal.
  17. There are No baggage counters.
  18. Puncture fixing is not under our support.

Terms and Conditions:-

  1. By registering you agreed that –
    1. You understand the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic, even if the course may be regulated /policed.
    2. Participant is trained in cycling and having an appropriate level of fitness to participate in such a physically demanding event.
    3. For Participant and our legal representatives, waive all claims of whatsoever nature against any and all Sponsors of the event, Jaipur, all political entities, authorities and officials, all contractors working on or near the course, all  Committee persons, officials and volunteers, Event Organizer and all other persons and entities associated with the event and the owner, employees, agents and representatives of all or any of the aforementioned including, but not limited to, any claims that might result from participant participating in the event and whether on account of illness, injury, death or otherwise.
    4. If participant is injured or taken ill or otherwise suffer/s any detriment whatsoever, participant’s Parents or guardian hereby irrevocably authorize the event officials and organizers to, at your risk and cost, transport participant to a medical facility and/or to administer emergency medical treatment and participant waive/s all claims that might result from such transport and/or treatment or delay or deficiency therein. Participant’s Parents or guardian shall pay or reimburse to Organizing committee participant’s medical and emergency expenses and authorize/s Event Organizer to incur the same.
  2. In case of any illness or injury caused to any participant or death suffered by due to any medical reasons or medical condition during the ride or at any time thereafter as a result of the event, regardless or not whether such medical reasons or condition shall have been pre-existing conditions known by you and further regardless of whether participant shall have disclosed, at any point in time, the existence of such reason or condition to any person, none of the sponsors of the event or any political entity or authorities and officials or all contractor working on or near the course, or any of the organizing Committee persons, officials or volunteers or Event Organizer or any persons or entities associated with the event or the owner, employees, agents or representatives of all or any of the aforementioned shall be held liable by participant and his/her representatives agree that entrance fee and any sponsor pledge money I collect is nonrefundable.
  3. Participant and his/her representatives understand, agree and irrevocably permit Event Organizer to share the information provided in this application, with all/any entities associated with the Event, at its own discretion.
  4. Participant and his/her representatives understand, agree and irrevocably permit Event Organizer to use participant’s photograph which may be photographed on Event Day for the purpose of promoting Cycling, at its own discretion.
  5. The Event Organizer reserves the right to amend the Event format or cancel the Event due to health and safety reasons, including storm, rain, inclement weather, winds or any other act of God or any other Force Majeure Event. In such circumstances The Entry Fee (if any) paid by the Participant shall be refunded (by same mode paid).
  6. Participant’s Parents and Guardian understand and agree to abide by the instructions and Terms and conditions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
