Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi to Sonmarg (875kms)

Participants are requested to meet up at Delhi airport and then move towards Sonmarg, overnight car journey.

Day 2: Sonmarg Arrival

Arrive at Sonmarg by late afternoon and free time to roam around followed by dinner and overnight stay at Sonmarg.

Day 3: Sonmarg to Leh (340kms)

Morning wakeup between the Snow-clad Mountains enjoy early breakfast and then move towards Leh Enroute visit Drass village which is basically “the gateway to Ladakh”, visit the Kargil war memorial saluting our brave soldiers who laid down their life to save mother India. Also visit the famous Lamayuru Monastery and evening reach Leh check in and rest.

Day 4: Leh local sightseeing

Morning wake up and have a walk at Leh city experiencing the local life, afternoon visit Shey Palace, Hall of Fame, Thiksey Monastery, and then spend you evening at Shanti stupa watching the entire Leh city lighten up.

Day 5: Leh to Nubra Valley

Morning you will be transferred into tempo travellers which will be accompanying you for next 3 days, have a small halt at Khardungla Pass and then move towards Nubra valley visit Diskit Monastery, which is the largest and oldest Buddhist monastery in the valley and then enjoy the ride on a unique species of camel, Bactrian or double-humped. The expansive desert of Hunder is the place where this one-of-its kind experience can be enjoyed, stay at Hunder village.

Day 6: Nubra to Pangong Lake

Morning breakfast and then move towards our next destination, the Pangong Lake also known as Pangong Tso, which is a beautiful salt water lake situated in the Himalayas and is 134 km long, extending from India to China. Pangong Lake is situated at a height of 4350 m, reach Spangmik, by evening and enjoy your night beside Pangong Lake with campfire.

Day 7: Pangong to Leh

Morning breakfast and then leave towards Leh, visiting the third highest motorable road, cross Changla Pass, afternoon reach Leh and free time at leisure. 

Day 8: Leh to Srinagar (386kms)

Morning early move out from Leh city, starting our return journey towards the Kashmir valley, reach Srinagar by evening and free time at leisure to roam around the city

Day 9: Srinagar airport drop (798kms)

Morning enjoy Shikara ride and then move towards Delhi. Overnight car journey.

Day 10: Delhi airport drop

On arrival at Delhi airport by early afternoon, tour ends with lots of sweet memories to take home
