Important notes for Agumbe:

• Depending on Forest department permissions at that time we may switch between Abbey/Koodlu/Onakeabbey waterfalls. Each one of these waterfalls is extremely beautiful. Agumbe is full of exuberant Wild forest, magnificent waterfalls & amazing trek trails. So expect a bit of flexibility in the itinerary followed by the Organizer & our Guide!

• At Agumbe we get very basic facilities w.r.t accommodation. Expect NO luxuries whatsoever. There are separate washrooms & one big change room to dump our luggage.

• Agumbe has high density of snakes & other reptiles. So please listen to guide, stay with the fellow travelers and not wander away from the trek trails. If we help each other, it's guaranteed we will have a wonderful time there :)

Things to carry: Will be updated in our WhatsApp group to all registered folks.

Important: Everyone must get their photo ID cards xerox - like Aadhar or Driving License. Also has to sign the paper agreeing to terms and conditions of the meetup..

Terms, Conditions, Policies (Strictly followed)

By paying the registration fee I am giving my unconditional acceptance of the below policies of Muddie Trails:

1. No alcohol & smoking during Treks & adventure activities & travelling. There would be separate window and space (usually at night) to have drinks at campsite/resort/hotel for interested people.
2. We assure awesome memories every trip, but not awesome facilities! No Luxury. We provide basic facilities in terms of food, travel & accommodation. In some places, especially for treks & forest related Meetups, expect not so neat wash rooms/change rooms, and basic but edible food :)
3. We wouldn’t want to waste time in sitting at a restaurant and munch our food for hours during trips. This wastes our precious time. So we pack our food whenever possible to avoid un-necessary delays. For the meetups where food is included in overall package (breakfast/lunch/dinner), it is expected to place an order at restaurant/dhaba for up to 120/- per person. Above this, the extra amount would be borne by the individual. We usually sit together in groups (veg & non-veg separately) and order food together.
3. In some Meetups, especially treks involving wild forest, expect leeches and other insects. However we can take precautions to avoid them - we discuss these things in our trip's WhatsApp group.
4. Our itinerary is flexible. It may happen we do not cover all the places mentioned in the itinerary because of unpredictable reasons like weather, wild animal presence, abrupt blocking of sites by forest department, delay in travel because of group itself, traffic conditions etc. In most cases, if the time permits, we try to travel to an alternative place. But in some cases, we may have to skip a place altogether.
5. Absolutely no littering during our travels. We swear to protect our environment.
6. Please co-operate with the organizer in following the schedule set for the day (especially getting up and getting ready in the morning). This will ensure we won't miss out on the real fun part - that is travelling.

Trek Policies:
* Strictly NO to Drugs and Consumption of alcohol.
* Littering and Smoking are banned.
* Washrooms are available only at the campsite/home-stay/hotel.
* Please help each other.
* Nobody shall deviate from Trek path led by Organizers/Guide.
* During the trip/event Muddie Trails is not responsible in case of any injuries or animal attacks or reptile bites.
* Expect the unexpected in case of wild forests like the sudden closing of trek path by govt/forest department(because of wild animal sighting/landslide/some crime), in which case we may have to cancel the trek (This is very rare - never happened till now). In this case, the Organizer will plan for alternate trek/trip. If this is not possible then Muddie Trails will refund the remaining amount after removing the travel cost.

Refund policy:
-Full refund if you make a request before 3 days of the trip/event.
-50% refund within 3 days and before 24 hours from trip/event start time.
-No refund within 24 hours from the trip/event start time & after trip started.
(5% online gateway charges will be deducted in any kind of refund) done online

Behavioral Policy:
* Avoid discussing sensitive matters like SEX, POLITICS and RELIGION/RACE.
* Don’t involve yourself in any argument or unacceptable social behavior.
* Using foul or abusive language or arguing with other travelers or organizer will not be acceptable
* Any travel member engaging in immoral or unethical behavior will stand a chance of being deserted by the travel group. The decision making power will solely vest with the organizer.

Sexual Harassment Policy:
* We strictly view sexual harassment complaints with zero tolerance. Any person facing any issue of sexual harassment by a fellow traveler, please contact the organizer at the earliest. Appropriate action will be taken immediately.
