On the occasion of the International day of Yoga, Kutastha Yogalaya is hosting an Open House yoga session on the 21st of June, 2018 from 5:30 a.m to 6:30 a.m.
The hour long yoga session will include the following:
-20 minute Yoga Asana Practice
-15 minute theory video by Swami Samarananandaji (General Secretary of YSS) on the essence of Yoga
-20 minute practice of Pranayam, visualization & meditation
-Yoga Snack on the go! Free books to pick by Sri Sri Paramahansa Yogananda
