Guidelines for Submission of Full Papers
Papers must include a clear indication of the purpose of research, methodology, major results, implications and key references. A hard copy of the paper selected for presentation, should reach the conference organisers. All the selected papers will be published as conference proceedings in CD format. A Few selected papers will be considered for publication in an edited volume. A paper should not have more than two authors. An author can not send more than two papers. Papers in absentia are accepted from foreign delegates.
