Tour Inclusions:

• All Camp / Resort stay on room sharing basis.
• Non A/c Tented and Ethnic Cottage Accommodation in Kanatal and Mohanchatti;
•  Meals as specified
•  Transportation from Haridwar to Haridwar by Non a/c semi-deluxe coach
•  Tour escorting for guidance, support and safety.
•  Daily serve of one litre packaged drinking water.
•  Travel insurance of Rs.2.0 lacs for each participant.
• White Water River Rafting (16 kms) with Body Surfing and Cliff Jumping.
• Jeep safari at Rajaji National Park with all entry charges (except camera charges).
• All adventure activities as mentioned in the package conducted by trained and certified guides; Adventure activities will only be conducted subject to suitable weather conditions. No refund will be made in any case when activities cannot be conducted due to bad weather, non participation or for any other reason.

• Train, Bus or flight tickets.
• Expenses of personal nature.
• Any cost arising out of unforeseen circumstances like ill- health, vehicle breakdown or repairs, damage accruing from land blocks, bad weather etc.

• Any Medical expenses incurred during the trip.

Cancellation Policy:

• 25% of the Tour cost will be charged if the tour cancelled anytime after confirmation till 30 days prior to start date.
• 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation if tour is cancelled in less than 29-15 days prior to start date.
• 100% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation if trip is cancelled in less than 14 days prior to start date.
