Inauguration Of Swedish Innovation: Indian Interpretation An Art Competition in 3D.
Swedish Innovations-Indian Interpretations - An Art Competition
Encouraged by the overwhelming response to last year’s Swedish Innovations-Indian Interpretations – A Photo Competition, where professional as well as amateur photographers imaginatively captured innovations from Sweden, the Embassy now invites entries with an added dimension: Entries in 3D.
The art competition is open to students of Fine & Applied Arts which encourages them to creatively interpret any one of the numerous Swedish innovations that are a part of our daily lives - the ubiquitous zipper, the lifesaving pacemaker, the three-point seat belt, Skype are just a few examples from a multitude of others.
The winning entries from each college will be exhibited at the AIFACS art gallery in Connought Place. A well-rounded jury of experts from various creative fields will select a winner who will win a trip to Sweden.
The entries will be photographed professionally and compiled into a publication which will be widely distributed.
