Terms & Conditions

• Age Limit: Open To All
• Consumption of alcohol may inhibit you from entering rides & attractions.
• Guest safety is paramount and guests must adhere to the ride operator's directions.
• All travel packages and offers are provided by the respective travel service provider and Adlabs Imagica will not be responsible for the same.
• On obtaining passes, the pass holder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions in the park and voluntarily assumes all the risks.
• The following articles are strictly prohibited: Eatables (Including Gutkha, Pan-Masala, Chewing Gum, Chocolate, Chips), Lighter, Knife, Match-Box, Firearms and all kind of inflammable objects, tripods, selfie sticks, action camera accessories (such as GoPros).
• The management has put all efforts to keep all rides and attractions operational; however it is possible that some of the rides or attractions may not be fully operational at all times due to technical/repairs & maintenance/electricity or power failure.
• No refund in any form will be applicable if any or all of the artists are unable to deliver performance as declared for any reason whatsoever.
• Adlabs Imagica reserves the rights to refuse entry to holder of this pass for violations of park rules, illegal activity or failure to comply with any security measures.
• Third party promotional activation and database gathering activity might be hosted, Adlabs may share the data with third party for their use.
• Ticket package, rates and governing conditions are subject to change without notice.
