• Rights of admission reserved.
• Vouchers/Tickets/Passes/Packages once sold will not be canceled, refunded or transferred under any circumstances.
• The guest/customer who booked the voucher/ticket/pass/package (name mentioned on it) should be present along with the photo ID proof to gain entry into the venue; failure to produce a photo ID proof will result in denial of entry to the venue.
• SMS/Text message is for booking confirmation only and cannot be used as proof for entry.
• In case any vouchers/tickets/passes/packages are found to be tampered/faked,  the organizers reserve the right to refuse entry
• The arena for entry pass and VIP pass will be separate.
• Each ticket admits one person only. A duplicate ticket will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
•  Wristbands will be issued as per ticket category post entry into the event. Wristband removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced.
• No Re-Entry allowed, wristbands will be cut upon exit
• Event organizers reserve the rights of frisk and restrict entry.
• Food and beverages from outside are not allowed inside the venue
• Event organizers do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
• The consumption of any prohibited substances is strictly prohibited
• Only guests/customers above legal drinking age will be served alcohol on displaying of valid age proof.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guest; organizers encourage festival guests to drink responsibly and in moderation
• No large bags or backpacks will be permitted inside the event.
• Venue rules apply in addition to the above and supersede the above in case of a conflict.
• To avoid inconvenience, please reach the venue 1 hour prior to entry time.
• Seating/ table reservations are solely at the organizer's discretion Alcohol will not be served to underage persons
• First aid will be available at box office, however, the organizers do not take responsibility for any problems that arise.
• The alcohol will be served for the unlimited pass from 7:00 pm to 12:00 am.
• Guests may be frisked by security.
