Weekend Batch - PMP Project Management Professional Preparatory Training Workshop.
PMP® (Project Management Professional)* Preparatory Training Workshop earns the participants 35 Professional Development Units (PDUs). This workshop provides an overview to the fourth edition (2008) of the PMBOK® Guide, and additional topics related to project management that will be part of the examination curriculum. The course lectures will be supplemented with suitable handouts and information that can be accessed from the internet for self study, study tips, list of relevant books etc., as preparation for the exam. This course is spaced over 35 hours and requires 4
person-days to complete – the curriculum is intensive.
This course shall provide a lot of discussion concerning the Inputs, Outputs, Tools & Techniques of the project management processes (discussed in the PMBOK® Guide, it is not designed / intended to cover all that a project manager needs to know about project management.

He started his professional career as a Consultant withErnst & Young International where he consulted with clients in the manufacturing and financial services domain to solve their business problems. He served Infosys Technologies as a Sr. Systems Analyst and ANZ Bank as a Project Manager. More recently he was a Director of Technology with Barclays Capital in Singapore where he led a team of more than 100 staff developing and modeling Credit and Market Risk applications.
Our partner has a Ph.D in Industrial Engineering and Management from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He has several publications to his credit besides a book entitled “Maintenance Resources Management: Adapting MRP” published by Taylor & Francis, London, UK.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®)
