The Hyderabad Symposium on AI is an initiative of IIIT Hyderabad to bring eminent researchers, thinkers and practitioners
in the field of AI to Hyderabad to address the larger AI community here. The first event in this series will take place on the
22nd of December, 2018 at the Infosys Campus in Gachibowli. This event is co-located with Indian conference on Computer Vision, Graphics and Image Processing, which is scheduled from 18-21 Dec 2018.
This event will feature 8 eminent researchers from around the world and India and will cover topics related to
Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision and Visualization.
Entry to the event is by invite only and needs a registration, as the number of seats available are limited.
Guidlines for Late Registrations i.e., after 21 Dec 2018, 08:00 P.M
As part of tomorrow's event we request you to follow the below guidelines to make the entry process easy
LAPTOP/ Travel luggage entry would be difficult inside the entry point.We shall try to create a clock room if you have no other option than bringing them
Entry & Exit would be from Infosys Gate No.03 for all including personal vehicles.
Carry valid ID card such as Aadhar Card / Driving Licence / Voter ID/ Institute or Company ID Card etc.
Carry Soft-copy of Delegate Pass/Email Confirmation or hard copy of entry pass.
Participants who have registered via online are requested to collect Lunch coupon at the venue.
For ICVGIP participants there shall be morning vehicle pick up from IIIT Hyderabad(08:15 A.M), Aditya INN(08:15 P.M),Oyo Aditya Homes(08:15 P.M),Ella Hotel(08:30 P.M)
