This Workshop is intended to orient those that are not familiar with HR Analytics. The key to success in people analytics is to focus on and prioritize business questions of value to your company or organization. This Workshop will provide very practical pathways for those entering the field of HR and People Analytics. Specifically, it will show how to approach an analysis project, show how to properly select metrics, discuss how to design dashboards with the business problems in mind and provide important people analytics examples to get you started, introduce the concept of a linkage map to connect business measurements.
The goal of human resources analytics is to provide an organization with insights for effectively managing employees so that business goals can be reached quickly and efficiently. It is known that those HR organizations that collect effectiveness data are more likely to be strategic partners. This program helps the HR Professionals in identifying those key aspects of their employee data which should be measured and analyzed in order to meet the organizations’ Business goals.
