HOW TO UPCYCLE GLASS BOTTLES

Chai glasses, ashtrays, lamp heads, coffee tables, serving plates and a lot more can come out of up-cycled glass bottles. In order to make them, all you need to understand is how to cut glass bottles and mold them according to your requirement. 

Whether you are a budding designer who has been fascinated with glass art or if you are somebody who has a lot of bottles lying around and have been dying to do a project with them, this workshop will give you the knowledge and experience to get started. It is a 3-hour workshop that will take place in Jxtapose on the 2nd of September from 11 AM.

 Trash makes is a maker space that up-cycles trash and spreads awareness on working with various materials that most would qualify as trash. The agenda for this workshop is :

1. Sourcing glass bottles.
2. Disposal of glass that has no use.
3. Building and presentation of products built from glass bottles.
4. Working with glass and the tools provided (cut, paint and finish glass bottles)
5. Find collaborators in Hyderabad to work on other such projects.
