How To Make Consent Based Decision?

We make a decision based on majority ( democratic ) rule usually. For example, five people have to decide something together. If 3 people are feeling “Option A” is okay and 2 people feeling like “Option B” is okay, We would go for the “Option A” by following majority rule. This is what we do most of the time. Don’t we?

By following majority rule, we or the other person experience some of the following things.

- I have decided this. It should not go wrong now. If anything happens, that’s my responsibility. I will need to correct it. No one is going help me in this… We feel left out, isolated or separated…

- No one is listening to me…. Why am I here?

- I know if they will work this way, it is going mess up. How can I suggest a better way to them? Will they listen to me or not?
