Day 1 

Catch CSMT – Kasara local

CSMT – Kasara local timing

15:40 CSMT

15:47 Byculla

15:54 Dadar

16:03 Kurla

16:07 Ghatkopar

16:20 Thane

16:42 Dombivali

16:53 Kalyan

18:03 Kasara

18:15 Meet near ticket counter and move towards campsite by local transport.

20:45 Reach at campsite and tent allotment

21:30 Dinner.

After dinner enjoy music and games.

Day 2

06:30 Wake up and freshen up.

07:30 Breakfast.

08:15 Play holi with organic colors.

13:30 Lunch.

16:00 Check out from campsite and move towards Kasara railway station by local vehicle.

Reach at Kasara station and disperse.

• People may board same train from their respective stations of convenience
• Missing the train is missing Bhandardara Camping, no refund will be provided

Cost Include

• 1 Dinner(veg/non-veg), 1 Breakfast and 1 veg Lunch
• Tented stay on sharing basis (with 1 mat and 1 blanket)
• Kasara to kasara transport by local vehicle
• Treks and Trails expertise charges

• Travel till Kasara
• Mineral water/lime water/ purchased for personal consumption
• All kinds of Extra Meals / soft drinks ordered
• Any kind of personal expenses
• Any kind of cost which is not mentioned in the cost includes above
• All expenses incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable circumstances like roadblocks, bad weather
• Any medical / Emergency evacuations if required

Cancellation Policy

• 75% refund if notified via phone conversation 8 or more days prior to the event date.
• 50 % refund if notified via phone conversation 4 to 7 days prior to the event date.
• No refund if the cancellation requested is less than 3 days prior to event date 
• No show No Refund.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another date against cancellation.
• Event Tickets cannot be transferred to another person against cancellation.
• If Trek get cancelled we will refund "Trek Amount" only
