About The Event

One of the largest and internationally recognized food festivals of the country, HT Palate Fest is finally coming to Mumbai city. Hindustan Times Palate Fest presents its 1st edition in Mumbai this year and it has curated an extremely compelling experience especially for the people of Mumbai. Last year, HT Palate Fest - Delhi was awarded the Best Event in South Asia* at the prestigious INMA Global Awards (International News Media Association) held at Washington in 2018.

HT Palate Fest 2014, Delhi was groundbreaking as it was the first of its kind global food festival. After 10 successful festivals across Delhi, Goa and Chandigarh in the last 4 years, HT Palate Fest is proud to announce its 1st edition of the country’s biggest food enthusiasts’ garden party over two days in Mumbai in Mahalaxmi Racecourse, Royal Western India Turf Club on 19th & 20th January 2019.

 

HT Palate Fest will offer a tantalizing range of food including Thai, Italian, Continental, Chinese, American, French and Indian from leading names in the culinary space such as Fat Lulu’s, Tamak, The Typhoon Shelter, The Projects, Punjab Grill, Woodside Burger Shop, Tiger Trail, Baba Rolls, Adya Organics, Indigo Burger Project, Farzi Café, Taj Landsend, ITC Grand Central, El Mercado, Brew House, House of Candy, Dope Coffee by Roasted Today, Easy Human Café, The Green Snack Co, Pak a Pav, The Hillcart Tales, Patiala Tigers, The Runaway project by PizzaExpress, Tangerine Co., The Fromagerie, BTN India, Parvatiya Preserves, Punjab da Chulah, Cane Juicery, Zama Organics, Waffle House, Edwins Milkshake among others.

Along with relishing innumerable cuisines at the festival, the audience can indulge in exhilarating musical performances by prominent artists bringing in wide range of music genres for an all-round pleasure. On 19th January 2019 the Indian rock band- Euphoria will amuse the audience with their vibrant performance. On 20th January 2019, there will be an exclusive rapping session with Bohemia, the prominent rapper and record producer who will pump up the stage with his popular Bollywood tracks for all the music lovers.

  

With multi-cuisine treats and live musical performances, the extravaganza will also bring culinary joy from some of the finest and eminent chefs of India like celebrity chef Harpal Singh Sokhi of Turban Tadka and Chef of the Year 2017 Nishant Choubey for an exclusive master class for the patrons of the city on 19th January 2019 followed by Master Chef India’s winner- Ripu Daman Handa and Aditi Govitrikar, a culinary enthusiast and psychologist will embellish the event on 20th January 2019.

 

Additionally, the renowned and talented Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty Kundra will be joining us on 20th January 2019 to share her expertise on health, fitness and her love for food.
