‘Heartfulness’ is designed to inspire you through personal experience. Emphasis is given to a practical understanding of the system rather than through theoretical lectures. The session will enable you to use a scientific approach to experience meditation rather than being led by dogmas and beliefs, leading to a deeper understanding of true spirituality. Spiritual experiences must always be felt first and then the inner awareness must manifest into an expression of personal faith.
This session will give an opportunity to experience and feel the Heartfulness Relaxation Technique as well as the Sahaj Marg (Natural Path) meditation.Thissystem of spiritual training is a simplified version of raja yoga now being practised in over 110 countries. It brings about a calmer way of being, inner joy and harmony and a balanced life.
Training is provided free of charge to all, cutting across differences of religion, caste, language and nationality. All are welcome to experience and feel for themselves this system of meditation in a 90 minute practical session on Saturday, 30th January at 4.30 p.m. There are no charges or fees.
