This New Year Event is going to be at the VGP Golden Beach Resorts,
a key location is also a much sought after space for New Year events. The event is planned for a crowd of 3000, mostly from corporates, as we have tie-ups with them. We intend to give group ticket offers to them too.This not only corporate new year event it also for other people any one can join the new year 2019 celebrations.

• ID Card is Mandatory
• Kids needs to be compulsorily accompanied with couple or any adults, individual kid ticket will be considered invalid
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded
• No refund on tickets will be made under any circumstance except pursuant to conditions under event cancellation postponement.
• This ticket should be exchanged at the venue for wrist band and it will not be replaced if taken off.
• The ticket holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controllers, dangerous and illegal substances and recording devices if found refuse of admission or evict will be taken place.
• Consumption and possession of narcotics is strictly prohibited and those found possessing or consuming narcotics at the event will be immediately handed over to anti-narcotics police.
• The organizer/venue owner reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse supply of liquor/food and evict any person whose conduct is disorderly or inappropriate or who poses a threat to security or to the enjoyment of the event by others.
• Organizers or any of the staff or the associates will not be responsible for theft, injury, damage, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• Alcohol will be served as per legal drinking age ( lda ) it will be served strictly to anyone above 21 years. It will start from 8 Pm and ends at 12 Pm
• Eatables, beverages , bottled water and alcohol are not allowed from outside, general hotel club rules apply.
• Any damages caused by a guest to the venue, ambience, equipments or anything else will be compensated by the guest.
