We dont want you to lose money in case you assume that an order was not placed because you failed to receive confirmation.
While purchasing tickets, you are limited to a specific number of tickets you can buy per event.
Tickets once sold cannot be exchanged, cancelled or refunded. Please make sure you check the time and location before you book your tickets. But wed still advise you to read the terms and conditions for each event regarding the exchange, refund and cancellation.
If an event is cancelled or postponed and the organisers of the event agree on issuing a refund for the tickets, it is up to the organisers to contact you and process the refund.
