Hyderabad Arts Festival, is organising HAF Smiles on the 11th June 2017 at Hotel Ohris Baseraa. We are getting in 300 under privileged children from various orphanages and giving them a day that is fun filled with a lot of games, interactive engagement, food, entertainment and much more.
Ohris Baseraa has kindly consented to make the entire venue complimentary along with the food for these kids.
Apart from giving these kids a great day, we would like to give them a power packed Goodie Bag as a remembrance of this day. To begin with, the Bag itself will be a useful school bag that they can own and this bag will be filled with various other useful products. The list of which is here under.
We request all those who want to be a part of this to donate any item from the following list. You can either choose to buy and donate the item in quantities of 300 Nos. or donate an equivalent amount to Hyderabad Arts Festival. It is not necessary that one person has to donate the entire quantity of 300 Nos. This quantity can be divided amongst friends and you can donate as many as you want or as a group too.
The deadline for the donations is 9th June 2017. Keep checking our FB Page regularly so that you are updated of what items from the list are already donated.
Cash or Cheque donations can be made the following account. Please send us an email with the deposit slip/ transaction number to authenticate your deposit. Also include your complete address in the email for us to send you the receipt for the donation made.
