*Transfer of a ticket is possible to the next Human Circle workshop on request basis up to 1 days prior to the event.
2. Events beyond our control
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, the full cost of the place will be refunded. However, Human Circle will not be liable for any other costs incurred by delegates.
Human Circle accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
3. During the event
Carry with you a valid ID (document with a picture), that will need to be presented at the registration counter for the entry.
4. Photographs and video footage
Human Circle arranges for photographs and/or video footage to be taken at events and used for promotional purposes. This may include printed documents or media, editorial coverage, advertising press and use on the internet.
The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of yours.
5. Accommodation and travel
Human Circle accepts no liability when it comes to accommodation and travel for the event.
6. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, Delegates agree to allow Human Circle and companies associated with the event to contact you as required for the organization and administration of the event.
However, Delegates details will not be provided to third party companies and partnering organizations.
