Trainers Bio:
Wioleta Burdzy Seth is a life coach and trainer from Poland with 10+ years of experience. She is the co-founder of Human Circle – an organization with a mission to enable young people to connect their passion with career and purpose. The flagship event called “Young India Challenge #DoWhatYouLove” has been organized already for 1500+ selected people who have participated from all over India.
She has been based in India since 2013 and has trained/mentored/coached a large number of people. She considers herself as a life long learner and has a variety of academic accomplishments to her credit:
a. Masters in Social Psychology from University of Social Sciences and Humanities, Warsaw, Poland and University of Leuven, Belgium (Most Innovative University in Europe – 2016 Rankings) - 2008
b. Certified trainer for 'Active Learning Methods' from Intra Poland - Centre for Help and Psychological Education - 2010
c. ‘The Art & Science of Coaching’ from Ericsson International, Canada - 2016
In 2017 she was invited for the Worldwork conference in Greece, where the theme of the event was: Deep Democracy in a World of Divides – Shifting Consciousness in Politics, Economy, Ecology and Relationships.
Previously, during her corporate career, she was a specialist in human resource areas like training, recruitment, learning and development. She has worked in several multi-national companies like Statoil and INDITEX (Zara etc.).
She loves traveling and has been to more than 27 countries so far. After studying and working in several countries like Greece, Poland, Belgium, Great Britain and India, she is currently based in India and pursuing her mission to create an impact on the young generation. She is passionate about raising the self-awareness of individuals to follow their passion and make an impact.
Kamal Seth is the Founder & Chief Happiness Officer of Human Circle.
Kamal is a catalyst for individuals and organizations to realize their true potential by sustainable actions, self-actualization and entrepreneurship. He loves working on challenging projects that require consensus building and collaborative frameworks. One such project is focused primarily on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal No. 12 - Responsible Consumption and Production and the related campaign called 'Responsible Shopping'. Kamal has also been spreading the #DoWhatYouLove movement which which has now reached more than a million people virtually. Programs like 'Young India Challenge' are the drivers of the movement and the focus is to engage the millennials to connect their career with UN SDGs.
- Previously he has been on the interview panel for Mindvalley’s Awesomeness Fest, a youth brand ambassador for Microsoft and Dainik Jagran’s Janhit Jagran initiative and an organizer for Startup Weekend Powered by Google for Entrepreneurs.
- Kamal is also a TEDx speaker and has delivered a talk on ‘Making the 21st century, a century of wisdom.
- In 2017, Kamal was selected by the University of Chicago for a workshop on ‘Strategic Management. He completed his graduation from Delhi University.
- So far Kamal has interviewed and mentored more than a thousand people for companies like, Philips, Nestle and many startups.

2. Events beyond our control
If the event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond our control, the full cost of the place will be refunded. However, Human Circle will not be liable for any other costs incurred by delegates.
Human Circle accepts no liability if a delegate is unable to attend an event due to adverse weather conditions or any travel disruption.
3. During the event
Carry with you a valid ID (document with a picture), that will need to be presented at the registration counter for the entry.
4. Photographs and video footage
Human Circle arranges for photographs and/or video footage to be taken at events and used for promotional purposes. This may include printed documents or media, editorial coverage, advertising press and use on the internet.
The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of yours.
5. Accommodation and travel
Human Circle accepts no liability when it comes to accommodation and travel for the event.
6. Data Protection
By submitting registration details, Delegates agree to allow Human Circle and companies associated with the event to contact you as required for the organization and administration of the event.
However, Delegates details will not be provided to third party companies and partnering organizations.
