Growing Up Social Playshop - Summer Camp

Growing Up Social Playshop is a fun packed playshop for children to explore deeper into areas of development in order to enhance their potential and build positive self-image inside out.

We welcome children to this unique way of learning of week long Life Skills program, where they learn how they see themselves may be different from how others see them. Recognize his/her strengths and weaknesses, can understand and talk about feelings, emotions, empathy & be expressive. They are able to learn how their behavior and body language affects others and vice-versa.

Through mindfulness exercises / guided meditations they learn how to focus their attention, concentration and handle stress in positive way. Have a better understanding of Interpersonal & Intrapersonal dialogues. Overall learning guides them to be Personally Effective, Socially and Emotionally Smart!!

Learning includes fun-filled practical activities, role plays, audio-visual activities, guided meditations, games and much more..

Life Skills have been defined as

"The abilities for positive and adaptive behaviour that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life" (WHO).

They include Thinking Skills, Social Skills and Emotional Skills, which help individuals to build healthy relationships with Self and Others.

Duration: 2.5 hrs per day
