TERMS & CONDITIONS:

• Last Date of Registration – On or Before 20-Oct-2019.
• Artworks to reach Hyderabad – On or Before 26-October-2019.
• ONLY ORIGINAL ARTWORKS WILL BE ACCEPTED. IMITATIONS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND WILL NOT BE ENTERTAINED AND WILL BE DENIED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
• Categories of Artworks – OPEN (Subject to Due Selection Process).
• Incomplete Artworks will not be accepted.
• Any media is accepted (oils, acrylics, water colors, charcoals, pencils, resin, mixed media, fluid pour, advanced pastel or color pencil artworks, textured 3D arts, sculpture arts, 3D mural clay arts, tanjore paintings, or traditional arts, etc.)
• Artworks should be properly FRAMED to get accepted. In case of glass frame, extra care is to be taken by the respective artists (SimSum Arts is not responsible for any damage in transit).
• All damaged frames of the artworks will be repaired and the cost will have to be borne by the respective artists, which will be informed with prior notice.
• NO Artwork to reach us in rolled canvas form and the same will not be accepted.
• Artworks can be couriered or sent by speed post if you cannot make it to Hyderabad.
• All entries will be given preference on “FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS” but only after due selection process. SIMSUM ARTS GALLERY reserves all the rights for the selection process.
• SimSum Arts regular students, workshop students, and online students have more benefits as mentioned above.
• Selection of Awards will be at the sole discretion of the Chief Guest and the Senior‑Most Artists and such decision/judgement will be final and any questions in this regard will NOT be entertained in this matter.
• Artworks that are requested to be couriered back to respective artists after exhibition will have to pay the courier charges in advance.
• We will never send artworks back to the artists through transport, and so the request for the same will not be entertained.
• If the Artworks are sent to us through Road Transport than an amount of Rs. 300/- will be charged for pick up from cargo office location.
• After the completion of the exhibition – The Artworks have to be compulsorily collected from us either in person or by courier within ONE  WEEK from the last day of the exhibition. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE THAT HAPPENS TO THE ARTWORK.
• WE WILL KEEP THE ARTWORK ONLY ON ONE CONDITION – IF THE ARTWORK HAS TO BE EXHIBITED IN OUR UPCOMING EXHIBITION.
• 30% of the Sale Amount will be deducted as commission for SimSum Arts Gallery once the painting is sold.
• In any event or under any circumstances, Refund of Registration Fees will not be entertained.
• All Rights are Reserved to SIMSUM ARTS GALLERY and any decisions taken by SIMSUM ARTS GALLERY at any point of time regarding Exhibitions and Proceedings will be final.

VENUE:           SIMSUM Arts Gallery, Kondapur, Hyderabad.

TIMINGS:        From 10:00 am to 8:00 pm

DATE:             2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th November 2019 (5 Days)

AGE CRITERIA: 18 Years Minimum.

SIMPLE REGISTRATION PROCESS FOR PARTICIPANTS:

1. Payment of Registration Fees on or before last date as mentioned.
2. Sending Pictures of Artworks for Due Selection Process.
3. Shortlisted Artworks will have to be either couriered or sent by speed post to Hyderabad as per date mentioned above or can be brought in person to Hyderabad on or before the dates mentioned above.
