Gaanaamritam - by Sriram - is the 2nd of the monthly Carnatic Classical Music Concerts organized by Tumburu Music Academy.
Jonnalagadda Satya Sriram, is an exponent of Carnatic Music being trained in the laya-oriented music tradition of illustrious musician Sri Akella Mallikarjuna Sharma garu. He is the son of 'Abhinaya Chakravarthy' Sri J.S.Eswara Prasad, a Bhajan Singer and Dancer of repute, in the Sampradaya Bhajana Paddhati of Sadguru Gopalakrishna Bhagavathar, and Smt. J.Chidrupa Lakshmi, a Post Graduate in Music-Vocal, a performing vocalist & also a teacher in the AMS school of Music.
Sriram has performed numerous concerts in India and abroad in Carnatic Classical Music and Nama Sankeertana bhajans along with his father Sri Eswara Prasad.
Sriram will be supported by Sri Oruganti Rajasekhar from Hyderabad on Violin, Sri Aravind from Vijayawada on Mridangam and Sri B.Janardhan on Ghatam.
The Concert also features paintings of Tyagaraja Kritis in Cheriyal art form.
