Rules for the tournament

• The tournament is open to all kids in schools across India.
• All the players are required to carry their age proof and produce before the beginning of all events and when asked for.
• On field, Judges / Organizers / Referees / Umpires decision would be final.
• The tournament comprises of the following categories 
• Boys Singles: Age categories: U9, U11, U13 & U15 years.
• Girls Singles: Age categories: U9, U11, U13 & U15 years.

Age cut-off is as follows:

• Under 9: Born on or after 25/6/2008
• Under 11: Born on or after 25/6/2006
• Under 13: Born on or after 25/6/2004
• Under 15: Born on or after 25/6/2002

Format:

-       Knock-out – For 21 points (Single set)

-       Finals: Point System: 15 Points - Best of 3 Sets.

• All safety gears and playing equipment’s have to be brought by the participants (i.e. Badminton Racquets, Indoor badminton Non-marking shoes etc.)
• Players are requested to be in proper sports attire
• Strictly ONLY indoor non-marking shoes allowed at the venue (NO black sole allowed. ONLY Yellowish / Orangish sole allowed).
• First aid will be provided in case of any injury
• All standard Badminton rules apply
• All participants are requested to maintain discipline and to avoid any kind of arguments with any other participants
• Participants need to be present at least 30 minutes prior to the designated start time. Else the opponent will be given walk-over.
• Registrations once done cannot be cancelled / transferred under any circumstances
• Organizers reserves the right to reject any registration if found biased.
• All participants will get the schedule 2 days prior to the tournament date.

Schedules and Fixtures:

Will be published and sent by email to all participants 1 day before the tournament.

Rewards:

• Trophy for Winner / Runner-up.
• Participation Certificates to be given to all participants.
