•   Non Refundable Passes, Once purchased this ticket cannot be refunded / returned/exchanged in lieu of cash or any other mode.  
• Gates Open  9pm onwards. All e-tickets need to be exchanged for physical passes on the day of the  event.   
• All Bars and alcohol service will shut down as per govt stipulated times; food buffet and service will shut down by 2:00 am.
• No Third party collection for tickets are allowed. Duplicate ticket/passes will not be issued for lost or misplaced ticket/passes. A new Ticket/Pass will have to be purchased.
• The company reserves the right without refund or compensation to refuse admission to any persons whose conduct is disorderly or threatening.
• Any damages to Property, Management, Guests or Supplies at the event will lead to immediate expel and compensation for the damage will be recovered from the person responsible immediately at the venue.
• The hotel / event company may use the ticket holders image or likeness in any live or recorded video display, photograph or picture for event purposes without any compensation.
• Venue Owner/Event Organizer/Event Manager may postpone, cancel, interrupt or stop the event due to adverse weather, dangerous situations, Management reserves the rights to alter the program and entertainment. Government regulations or any other causes beyond his reasonable control without any refunds.
• Music, Entertainment, Bar, Food services will be available as per applicable statutory regulations described and permitted by the govt and relevant authorities.
• The Ticket Holder agrees to submit to any search for any prohibited items including but not limited to weapons, controlled instruments, dangerous and illegal substances.
• Free Seating does not entitle any guest with particular seating arrangements.
• It is strictly forbidden for Any Guest to take hotel/event property outside the premises of the function area.
• The ticket/pass holder understands all the Terms and conditions mentioned over leaf of the ticket/pass and agrees to abide by the same.

 The ticket/pass holder has to retain the ticket/pass at all times during the duration of the event.

• Only one entry and one exit is allowed per ticket. Reentry will invite a new purchase of ticket.
• Hotel or Event Company is not responsible for loss or damage of  personal belongings.
