About The Event
Majority of start-ups are born without a formal agreement between the co-founders of the company. In many cases, when things start getting serious, the founders start having disagreements. The squabbles maybe about the scope of work, responsibilities etc but eventually they turn out to be deeper disagreements about the things that really matter, for example, strategy, equity, and ownership.
SP-TBI has arranged a session with Lead Angels which is going to cover the basics of any Founders agreement-
• What is a Founders Agreement and why it is necessary? • At what stage should a startup make a founders agreement? • Creating a framework for devising an equitable equity split among founders. • Management and Key decisions involved in the process. • Address issues related to ownership.
After this one hour session, the floor will be open for networking and exchange of ideas.
