Bodyweight exercises are a simple and efficient way to improve balance, flexibility, and strength without machinery or extra equipment. We will cover complete body exercises, using this regimen you can transform your body at home, without needing to go to Gym.
The agenda is as below 1) Understand body anatomy and different body types 2) Important ingredients of a total workout program 3) Body weight exercises (including warm up, toning, balancing, cardiovascular and fat burning exercises) 4) Free fitness assessment - Know your Body Mass Index, Body fat %, Body water %, Body muscle % and daily calorie requirement of your body)
