If I am doing what is right for me to achieve my financial goal in spite of all the emotional turmoil, I become emotionally intelligent. I realised, our trouble is not ignorance, but inaction. I will only benefit from what I practise in everyday life. Knowing and Doing are poles apart. Realization comes when I experience the benefit of my knowledge by practice to lead myself in the right direction, and to take right actions.
I am not here to teach English grammar. We are into business. What does that mean? We are
busy; we want to get more jobs done in less time. But sometimes, the way we communicate, we dig our own grave by prolonging the communication with negative output. Grammatically you may be perfect, but that does not mean anything to us unless you are getting the desired result.
Though the fault is in every one of us, but no one likes to be blamed, accused and
commanded by others. If I can communicate without blaming, accusing and commanding others, I can achieve better results in both personal and professional life.
It’s not what I communicate but how I communicate plays the major role in every relationship.
