Founded by Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi, Sahaja Yoga is a unique meditation technique based on an experience called Self Realization (Kundalini awakening) that can occur within each human being.
We have a primordial energy called Kundalini and seven chakras (energy centers) within us. These seven chakras are responsible for our physical, emotional and mental well being. The Kundalini awakening through Self-realization nourishes and revitalizes the chakras which leads to a person feeling relaxed, calm, and joyous. This calmer state of mind is called ‘thoughtless awareness’.
The swaras and ragas in the music resonate with the vibrations of these energy centers and have the capability to energize these centers to retain their natural balanced state.
With this objective, Sahaja Yoga is organizing for the first time in Hyderabad an Indian classical and Spanish flamenco musical and dance rendezvous, Festival of Inner Peace, event.
Date – 16th Feb 2019
Venue – ShilpKala Vedica, Hitech City
Timings – 6 pm to 9 pm (please be seated by 5.30 PM)

If you are coming only for the exhibition, no registration is required.
