Anger is a negative emotion. It's the biggest obstacle towards my path of success and happiness in spite of having all the skills and knowledge. Research shows IQ is must to get a job or more marks in examination, but it accounts for 20% to be successful in life whereas EQ accounts for 80%. EQ helps in building and sustaining relationship.
