About Ilham Modi Bharmal

Ilham is an Emotional Intelligence (EQ) Coach, Content Writer and Storyteller. Convinced that EQ needs to be reintroduced into modern-day human relationships, she has made inroads in to the worlds of corporate professionals, parents, teenagers and children. She has reset several EQ meters, through her platform – EQ is the New IQ. Her unique sessions are completely fun-filled with activities and sharing exercises that encourage participants to discover their own emotional maturity.

Ilham holds a Triple Masters Qualification in the fields of Management, Commerce and Psychology. Her journey started with a Human Resources role at an Advertising Agency - Ogilvy & Mather. She grew into a full time trainer-facilitator and finally evolved into an EQ Coach and Storyteller since 2015. She is also the co-founder of Thane's first True-Storytelling-EQ- based platform for adults - Once Upon a True Time.
