About The Event

The Entrepreneur Empowerment Program is an initiative by Chrysalis towards empowering entrepreneurs and providing them with practical business education, coaching, advising and networking. Through the program, participants will gain insight and skills in topics such as entrepreneurial mindset, vision planning, values & purpose identification, sales & marketing, finance, leadership & human resource optimization by proper employee management and all this is supported by a very strong  implementation in their businesses.
Designed for successful established entrepreneurs, the program provides what is needed to break through current challenges, the causes of which could vary right from the economy, industry related challenges, individual circumstances or habits.
This program is a 30 session intervention with 12 contact/ knowledge sessions, 9 implementation sessions and 9 peer review sessions.

He is also the founder of Chrysalis Entrepreneur Forum and The Chrysalis Foundation. 
Through these platforms he has harnessed the power of individuals and entrepreneurs 
and has launched several initiatives like “One Day for My City”,
 “Roti, Kadpa aur Muskaan”, mobilizing funds to the tune of 50 lakhs for 
the desilting of 100 acre Tawrita Devi pond at Talawade that generated 
storage water capacity of 60 crore litres of water, generating funds for the 
benefit of APRC (Army Paraplegic Rehabilitation Centre).
He believes that there is no postponement to life and walking on these lines he holds 2 Limca book of records in skydiving, biking expedition from Kanyakumari to Kashmir, cycling expedition from Manali to Khardungla, scuba diving in Southeast Asia, participation in international marathons, and many more activities which make him push his mental as well as physical limits. 
He has been called upon as a keynote speaker for several forums like Rotary, JITO (Jain International Trading Organisation), CREDAI, MBVA, Agarwal Youth Club, Jain Social Group, Mahesh Industrial Group, Lions Club,  AIMA, ARKEY, Indian Machine Tools Manufacturing Association etc and organisations like Thermax, Vishay, Garaware Wall Ropes, Vodafone, LIC, Kesari Group, Crime Branch of Pune, etc.
