Infoquest-2018, JBIET presents you 'Entrepreneur's Elevation Pitch', an opportunity for young and aspiring minds to present their ideas to a group of generous Venture Capitalists who are willing to look into their ideas and invest in them, if deemed worthy.
The purpose of this 1-minute pitch is to engage your audience of entrepreneurial mentors with an early-stage product idea that requires input to help you develop the product.
To do this, please describe:
A real problem for a real segment of customers
How your product/service idea provides a solution to that problem
What do you need to develop your idea?
The purpose of this 5-minute pitch is to present a partially developed prototype product/service that requires input to refine the concept.
To do this, please develop a PPT with:
1. Present a real problem for a real segment of customers.
2. Describe your product/service idea that provides a solution to that problem
Brief product description
How does it create value?
Why would the buyer/consumer want it?
What is special about it -- how is it better or different than current offerings?
3. Describe is the Market
Who is the buyer and who is the consumer?
Is there demand? How often and how much is the product purchased?
Where and when do buyers buy?
Competitors? Price comparison of comparable products?
4. Have you validated (gotten confirmation about) the concept with input from key stakeholders?
Customers, similar Producers, Suppliers
Other entrepreneurs or business owners
Technical experts.
5. What do you need to refine the concept?
