About the expert Ilham Modi Bharmal

Ilham comes with over 6 years of experience. Her field of work lies in spreading the light of Emotional Intelligence, in as many innovative ways as possible. Emotional Intelligence has existed amidst us for years. However, it is becoming more and more relevant in current times due to the disasters caused by an over emphasis on IQ development. Her Triple Masters qualification in the fields of Management and Psychology, render her to be in a great position to fully understand the important tenets of cultivating Emotional Intelligence. 
The programs that she conducts are necessarily customised to suit the participating target audience. Her journey with Emotional Intelligence has lead her to build exciting modules that merge drama-based activities combined with EQ learnings. Her recent work on a Management Book has opened up a whole new world of ideas related to EQ-based management concepts. She also holds a keen interest in exploring psychology-related concepts, from an EQ perspective. Ilham is also an avid Crocheter with two Guniess World Records under her belt; and a visiting faculty at HR College of Commerce and Economics.
