Mr Naveen Yadav possesses the experience of 11+ years of Training and HR industry. After pursuing MBA in HR and Marketing from IP University, New Delhi, he is working as an HR and Training professional and worked with many Campus and Companies such as Jayoti Vidyapeeth, Shanti Group of Institutions, Superdry Clothing, Prism Cements, CloudSpace Technologies Private Ltd, Labournet India, JDRKD Education Initiatives, Matrix Clothing, Windsor Exports and Agrasar. He is also conducting soft skills training and Train the Trainer program for Soft Skills with different training partners under Govt. projects such as ISDS and PMKVY. He has trained more than 6000 trainees and 650 Trainers till now.
He is a certified Trainer in Soft Skills and Personality Development and participated in many training of trainer programs at many places such as TATA Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai, HCL, Ministry of Gram Panchayat etc. He is also a certified Psychometric Assessor.
As a Trainer, He has delivered training on different topics on Campuses and Corporate. Conducted many campuses to corporate training programs. Imparted training on topics such as Soft Skills, Business Communication, Professionalism, Computer Basics including MS Office and Internet, Spoken English, HRM, Marketing Aptitude and Online Marketing into Corporate and Educational Institutions.
He has also imparted training to workers of Bhartiya Janta Party(BJP) in Chattisgarh on Booth Management and connecting with voters
