About the Speakers :
Mr.Koshy Verghese
Former President, Nagarjuna Steels and Former Vice Chancellor of ICFAI Koshy Verghese is the Sr. Advisor to SLK Spinning Mills at Hyderabad. Prior to this, he was the Vice Chancellor of ICFAI University, Mizoram and the Secretary General of the Federation of ICFAI Universities. He has over three decades of industry experience with M/s Larsen & Toubro, M/s Union Carbide India Ltd., Nagarjuna group, and Pennar group.Mr. Verghese will speak on GOAL SETTING
Dr. Madana Kumar
He is currently the Vice President and Global Head of Learning and development at an IT services company (UST Global). Dr. Madana is currently also the Director - Center for Leadership, at SAIACS. Prior to these roles, he was Associate Director at IBM Corporation, influencing Learning and Development of IBM employees in 170 countries across the globe. He is a regular speaker at national events like the NHRD, HR summit, and the CLO summit.Dr. Madana will speak on INFLUENCING WITHOUT AUTHORITY.
Mr. Pramod Chandrasekhar
Vice President of HSBC, Pramod has played key roles in Leadership Development at TCS, Wells Fargo and Thales. He is a certified trainer in Six thinking Hats, 360 Degree Leadership and Cross Cultural Navigator. He holds voluntary leadership positions in different industry associations, most notably the India Society of Training and Development (ISTD) Hyderabad chapter. Pramod participates at a leadership level in advisory capacity in various organisations,Mr. Chandrasekhar will speak on MANAGING COMPLEXITY AND CHANGE
Mr P.K.D Lee
Author and Itinerant Speaker P.K.D Lee, worked with Indian Railways for more than 20 years. He was deputed to the ministry of Finance where he became the youngest General Manager of the Indian Government Mint, at Kolkata. After an early retirement from Govt services, he served as Managing Director, International Advancement at Haggai Institute, Singapore. He was awarded the ICSA by Haggai Institute. He holds six publications to his credit. He will speak on source of Leadership.
