About the Facilitator

Suchandra Ganguly is a behavioural interventionist with over 27 years of experience in various industrial domains such as Banking, Telecom ,IT, Education ,Engineering and Health sectors. She is specialized in the field of Business Communication, Psychometric Assessments, Life Coaching and Counselling. She understands the human psyche well and has done MS in in Psycho Analysis & Psycho Therapy from IPMS which enables her to remarkably connect with the participants, that culminates in effective & engaging training sessions. Her forte is to empower the attendees and enhance their skills, encouraging participation and individual creativity.Her experience in handling participants of all levels has made her extremely flexible and she can easily build a rapport with them.
