Thank you for registering for e-AEGIS 2020, please read the following instructions carefully.
1. Team AEGIS will be giving you reporting times for each event/workshop, please login on time.
2. Every delegate will be assigned with a unique USERNAME that has to be used throughout the conference in the ZOOM rooms. DO NOT share this username with anyone.
3. As it is a virtual event make sure to have a good internet connection with a fully charged device.TEAM AEGIS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF A DELEGATE HAS A POOR INTERNET CONNECTION.
4. Delegates with only basic event registration can attend- Rapid Response workshop, interviews and panel discussion, and also as audience in the finals of the Medical Debate and The Medical Conclave.
5. Delegates who have registered for the post-conference EM-15 workshop on 20th September, 2020 HAVE TO :
a) attend the FREE Rapid Response Workshop on 19th September, 2020.
b) use 2 devices – one to attend the workshop on zoom and the other to download the app KAHOOT for the QUIZ.
6. Delegates who have registered for the Medical Expo/ The Medical Conclave need to participate in teams of 2-4. Upon being contacted by the respective teams, please give the names of your teammates to them.
7. After the conference all delegates will be sent an e-certificate via email.
