Duathlon,marathon,ultra marathon challenge

What is a duathlon?

It's a race in which you run and then bike(cycle) and then run again.It's of 5 distances- sprint,standard,Olympic,long distance and Ultra( distance above the long distance is called the ultra). The distances are described below-

Duathlon-Sprint distance - 5km run, 20km bike, 2.5km run

Duathlon-Standard distance - 10km run, 40km bike, 5km run

Duathlon-middle distance-10km run, 60km bike, 10km run.

Duathlon-Long distance -  10km run, 150km bike, 30km run

Apart from that we also have marathon for those runners who don't like cycling.

And what is a virtual duathlon or marathon?

It's a race which you can do from anywhere in the world and anywhere on the track, trail or treadmill.
