Octopus Studios brings to you ‘DRAMEBAAZ’ Children Theatre Workshop (Learning Through Theatre) a 9-hour program for kids aged 8-14 years.
This workshop is an important means of stimulating CREATIVITY In Children. It can CHALLENGE CHILDREN PERCEPTIONS about their world and about themselves. Dramatic exploration can provide CHILDREN with an outlet for emotions, thoughts, and dreams that they might not otherwise have means to express.
The workshop is conducted by research scholar from the University of Hyderabad, Shaik John Basheer, who is also a children’s theatre practitioner.
Children’s theatre activist Basheer John is a recipient of Nandi Award from the Government of Andhra Pradesh and has performed several award-winning shows across the world.
Basheer has showcased a play in South Korea’s International Theatre Exchange Workshop and Festival. The play was also presented at the prestigious PUM Theatre Festival. Basheer primarily works in Telegu, Hindi & English. John has written and directed several plays and conducted various theatre workshops for children across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Bengaluru.
Note: On 9th Feb 2018 It will start at 05:00 PM , On 10th - 11th Feb 2018 It will start at 10 AM . Daily there will be 3 hours of workshop.
