Colours ‘N’ Spice, Kwality Group’s North Indian and Mughlai cuisine restaurant at their famous Asiad Village Restaurant complex, presents a unique four day Diwali Food Festival from Friday 9th November 2012 till 12th November 2012 celebrating the advent of Diwali, the auspicious festival of light.
In Indian tradition, food is the centre of all cultural and family get-togethers, and the same holds true for Diwali too. This festival of light brings with itself rich savoury and sweet dishes. Keeping in sync, Colours ‘N’ Spice will be offering special delicacies tailor made for this occasion to lure all food lovers. The specially crafted menu has been designed by the eminent team of chefs and include dishes like Palak ke chaat, Paneer Long lata, Dhaba meat, Bharwa Tangri etc. People can also satiate their sweet tooth cravings with the restaurant’s traditional Mithai Platter offering an assortment of homemade Mithais. The restaurant will don a traditional look with fresh marigold sticks of flowers, oil lamps and Rangoli with colorful diyas all around. There will also be a noiseless, environmental friendly fire cracker display every evening to add zing to the festivities. Also, the evenings will be complimented by live performers rendering some evergreen ghazals and songs.
