The Divine Strings is a LIVE band based out of the capital city of India, New Delhi. The band members have been performing individually for a long time and came together to form this group two years ago.
With all its five members hailing from different states of India, The Divine Strings is truly a people's band. Inspired by the rock and blues culture, the band was formed with a vision to create an impact to keep rock and blues music alive.
TDS follows various genres like classic rock, classic metal, hard rock and blues, drawing inspiration from legendary artists like Led Zeppelin, Jimmy Hendrix, Pink Floyd, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Eric Clapton, BB King, Stevie Ray Vaughan, AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Carlos Santana, etc.
While the band plays a number of famous rock covers with exploding riffs, anthemic choruses and screaming solos, it also has some popular originals to its credit like Coffee Shop Blues, a Valentine’s Day special and the band’s first song, and Overdrive, which was themed on motorbikes and car racers. The band has more songs to its credit that are under production.
