The 2-day Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM) workshop provides tools and strategies to help you lead an agile team, influence people, and remove impediments. For true business agility, we need to choose our own agile way of working optimizing for our unique situation. Every team is different and faces unique situations. Using real-world agile strategies, you will learn how to tailor your team’s Way of Working (WoW) to optimize productivity and continuously improve.
Disciplined Agile (DA) toolkit builds on proven practices from multiple agile methods such as Scrum, Lean and Kanban to provide teams with a pragmatic approach to scaling agile. Unlike other scaling frameworks which take a prescriptive approach, Disciplined Agile provides teams with options to be agile within organizational standards and project constraints.
Upon completion of this two-day workshop, if you would also like to earn your PMI DASSM certification, you may take the PMI DASSM exam within 60-days of completing the course at no charge. After 60 days, if you choose to write the DASSM exam, the cost (paid to PMI) is US$150.
Participants, who pass the DASSM exam and have 2 + years of agile experience in a LEAD role, earn their DASSM designation.
