Diploma in corruption “we are living in a time that rarely caters to morality. Good cultural values are on the decline and humour been replaced by anger and frustration. The time has come that some gives up his socio-political inclinations and rises to cater to moralistic values. “Diploma in corruption” is such attempt that stands against all odds to underline fundamentals of human nature. The entre plays revolves around evil designs versus good natural instincts because man by nature is kind and do gooder. When the protagonist’s attempt to teach Shishtachar (good etiquettes) mistakenly gets printed as Bhrashtachar (corruption). All the immoral forces unite and exploit the protagonist on the one or the other excuse. However, the play sets stage for rediscovering our moral values. The values human nature is known for designed in a single room setup.
The play through its journey makes statement against the need of modern time gadgetry and gimmicks. Nothing on stage could be as innocent as the “diploma in corruption” similarly nothing on stage could be as challenging as well.
